SBA Fast Loan

Specifically the SBA Express loan, is designed to provide quicker access to funding for small businesses. You can borrow from $50,000 up to $150,000. 

This is smaller compared to some of our other SBA loan programs, which can go up to $5 million. The goal is to provide a faster turnaround time compared to traditional SBA loans. While it varies, the Express program often aims to close loans within about 3 weeks. 

This program also works well for businesses who show very small profit margins on tax returns (at least $1 profit)

Qualifications:

· Minimum 700 FICO

· 2 years time in business

· 2 years business & personal tax returns

· Personal Financial Statement

· Articles

· Operating Agreement or Bylaws

· Any other documents requested by lender
